Nancy Hart

October 19, 1947 — September 2, 2015

Nancy B. Hart, 67, of Exeter Township, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. She was the wife of Glenn G. Hart. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Arlington A., Jr. and Sarah D. (Daniels) Britton. Nancy was a 1965 graduate of Exeter High School and a 1969 graduate of Catawba College in North Carolina with a degree in Elementary Education. She was a member of Reformation Lutheran Church, Reiffton. Nancy started her career in Elementary Education with Jacksonwald Elementary School from 1969-1977. She then became a proud mom and volunteer for Exeter Schools and their sports teams. Nancy then returned to the work force as a front office secretary for Wegman Dental Group. In addition to her husband, Nancy is survived by: Two Daughters: Jennifer A. Hart of Exeter Township and Elizabeth B. Hart of Colorado and One Sister: Sara B. Stone of Annapolis, MD. Visitation with family and friends will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday Evening, September 4 and again from 9:00-10:00 a.m. with services beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2015 in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mount Penn. Interment in Harmony Methodist Church Cemetery, Morgantown, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Exeter Township Athletic Department, Attn: Tom Legath, Women’s Sports at 201 E. 37th St. Reading PA 19606.
