James E. Steele Jr., 38 of Exeter Township, passed away Monday, October 12th, 2015 in his residence . He was the husband of Andrea (Cullen) Steele. Born in Wilmington Delaware , he was a son of the late James S. Sr. and Kathleen (Realey) Steele of Delaware. Jim is survived by two sons James G., Jacob J., and one daughter Abigail N..
