A beautiful angel gained his wings today,Tyler S. McFadden, 22, of Exeter Township, passed away Monday, April 25, 2016 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. Born in Reading, he was a son of Steven McFadden fiance of Megan and Stephanie (Hearing) wife of Alex Kutterer. Tyler loved going for walks and his special toy Violet. In addition to his parents, Tyler is survived by his Paternal Grandparents: Ray and Charlene McFadden with whom he resided; Maternal Grandparents: Sue Lingenfelter and Joan and Jay Hearing; Sisters: Corrinn and Kaydence McFadden, Julia Kutterer and Alyssa Swoyer; Brothers: Jeremiah and Brennan Kutterer; Cousins: Caleb, Luke, Finnegan, Sarina, Sophia, Matteo, Deacon, Sadie, Molly, Eli, Ashlin and Mikenna; Uncles: Rick husband of Regan, Steve husband of Ann, Pete husband of Jackie and his Aunt Sherilyn wife of Stephen; Uncle Charlie and Aunt Terri; Ryan and Jodie. The family will receive friends from 9:30-11:00 a.m. with services beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 29, 2016 in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mt. Penn.
