Peri Bieber

December 19, 1959 — July 14, 2016

Peri Ann Bieber, 56, of Exeter Township, left the arms of her loved ones to live amongst the angels Thursday, July 14, 2016 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, after a very brief and difficult battle with cancer. She was the wife of Roy A. Bieber. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of Barbara (Hoover) Miller of Exeter Township and the late Leon Miller. Peri was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School in 1977. Peri's unselfishness and willingness to help others before her self was her gift to the world. Her always present and infectious smile will be remembered forever. She was a care giver for several close friends and relatives in their later stages in life. Peri will be sadly missed but will live on in the hearts and souls of those she came in contact with. Peri liked to spend time with family and friends, dine out, plant flowers, and most importantly raise the pride and joy of her life, son Jonathan. Peri worked for Diane Reed Real Estate and Prestolite Manufacturers before beginning a career at Construction Fasteners in 1983 where she worked in the capacity of administrative assistant for distribution and human resources. This is where she met her husband Roy. In 2005 she left Construction Fasteners to dedicate her life to her family. As her son grew older, she returned to work for Rothstein and Scullin P.C. and Redstone Co. as an administrative assistant. In addition to her husband and mother, Peri is survived by; one son, Jonathan A. of Exeter; one brother; Richard Miller husband of Stephanie (Hart) of Exeter; mother-in-law, Virginia Bieber of Exeter; brother-in-law Al Bieber husband of Charlene (Knapp) of Wellsboro, PA ; sister-in-law, Jan (Bieber) wife of Danny Arcilla of Port Charlotte, FL; brother-in-law, Michael Rusk of Fleetwood; many nieces, nephews and cousins as well as her precious kitties, Scout, Shadow, Minnie and Baby. She was pre-deceased by her father-in-law, Warren Bieber and her sister-in-law, Darlene (Bieber) Rusk. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 9:00-10:30 am with a memorial service beginning at 10:30 am in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Reading, PA 19606.
