Everleigh James Poznanski of Wernersville, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019, in Reading Hospital. She was the daughter of Matthew and Megan (Sweitzer) Poznanski. In addition to her parents Everleigh is survived by : Maternal Grandparents: Kimberly and Michael Schaeffer; Paternal Grandmother Deborah widow of Michael Poznanski Sr; Paternal Great Grand Parents Henrietta Van Coeur and Donald Kerling; Maternal Great Grand Parents Neil and Gloria Thomas and Ann Reinoehl and Kenneth Sweitzer. Also surviving are three uncles Jacob and Nicholas Sweitzer and Michael Poznanski, Jr. husband of Kaitlyn and their daughter Maddison. She was pre deceased by brothers Jameson Michael Poznanski, Rhett Poznanski . Services are private. Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
