Donald F. Jones, 83, formerly of Sinking Spring, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 in Berks Heim.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Augustus F. and Gertrude F. (Flamm) Jones.
Donald was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School in 1949 and was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War. He worked as a Slitter for NGK Metals in Laureldale for 23 years retiring in 1993.
Donald is survived by: One Son: Craig M. Jones husband of Denise of Arnolds Park, IA; Two Daughters: Kelly A. Wife of Paul Lountzis of Sinking Spring and Vickie L. Jones of New York, NY; Seven Grandchildren: Tyna Dierolf, Christopher and Alex Jones, Zachary, Tyler, Lauren and Ryan Lountzis and Two Great-Grandchildren: Kaitlyn and Kyle Dierolf.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, March 9, 2015 in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. Mount Penn. Interment private at the convenience of the family.
