William A. Gerhart

William A. Gerhart, 92, of Wyomissing, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022, in the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of the late Marvine O. "Mo" (Shaffer) Gerhart, who passed away June 4, 2018. Born in Reading, Pa, he was the son of the late William R. and Carrie (Loose) Gerhart. Bill was a long-time resident of Cinnaminson, NJ; where he and Mo raised their family. William worked as a computer engineer for 40 years in the Air Force, National Security Agency and RCA. He was last employed at NJ Dept. of Personnel where he worked for 10 years.

William is survived by his two sons, Michael (Gabby) and Scott (Tammy) and two sisters Linda Bendel (Lee) and Gayle Juhasz (Joe), six grandchildren Robert, Tyler, Tim, Kyle, Sydney and Kristen and his beloved great-grandson Rogan, plus many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by one daughter Wendy.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2022 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm with services beginning at 1:00 pm in Bethany Lutheran Church, 617 Morgan Ave., Palmyra, NJ 08065.
