Condolences to Jr.'s brother, Richard (Dick) and sister Franny. In our youth we shared very special time together on Bern St. at my parent's home. Jr. was always a joy and a light in the room. Memories are still very vivid and precious to me. Have a forever 💓 in my heart for the Churico brothers. Such a special time they contributed to my life. Always regret how short it was! May Jr. and Otis be joyfully reuniting in God's heaven. Thanks Jr. for the special memories. Jane (Wentzel) Barrick, Woodruff, S.C.

Jr. was our neighbor on Ridge Ave.
We adored him and sort of adopted him. We enjoyed having him join us for holiday dinners. He became an unofficial member of our family. Wonderful memories of us watching the Pagoda fireworks from our back yards and shared a cup of coffee on his porch.
We were so sad when he had to sell his beautiful house.
He introduced us to his sweet wonderful friends whom we hired to do repairs around our house. Although the jobs took twice as long because we would all stand around and talk.
Jr. would say he was the supervisor but, we knew he was really the instigator of so many walks down memory lane conversations.
He was always willing to take care of our dog when we went away and was more than happy to stop what he was doing to have a chat.
Such great memories of a wonderful talented man with a huge heart.
Jr, you are so very missed.
We love you,
Cindy, Ashley, Sadie and Baron (the dog)
