Obituary

Patricia A. (Reber) Rappaselli, 81, of Reading, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, in St. Joseph Medical Center.  She was the wife of Nicholas A. Rappaselli, Reading, and was predeceased by her first husband, Warren D. She was employed by Berkshire Knitting Mills and was a foster parent for Berks County Children and Youth for over 100 children.  Everyone who knew Pat spoke about her kindness, compassion, and nurturing nature. She had a love for all animals, but her favorite being horses and her cat, China.  Pat had a large collection of Japanese and Chinese tchotchkes.  She loved to travel, visit casinos, and could often be found scratching lottery tickets.

In addition to her husband, Pat is survived by three daughters: Jacquelyn D., wife of Dana Randazzo, Lower Alsace; Karen A., wife of Mark Coller, Muhlenberg Township; and Toni M. Baver, Mt. Penn; two sons: Victor Rappaselli, California, and Thomas Rappaselli, husband of Carla, Mt. Penn.  She is also survived by eight grandchildren; Nikki, wife of Kendrick James, Matthew Coller, Angie, wife of Michael Marino, Vince Randazzo, Michael and Tyler Baver, and Nicholas and Evelyn Rappaselli; great-granddaughter Kennadee "Peaches" James, and four other great-grandchildren.  Pat was predeceased by seven brothers, four sisters, and her stepson, Michael A.
