Dorothy M. Johnson (Miller)

Dorothy M. Johnson, 80, of Exeter, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022, in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Donald Johnson with whom she celebrated 62 years of marriage. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy M. (Keeney) Upperman. Dorothy attended Mt. Penn High School and graduated from Reading High in 1977 as Salutatorian. She was a member of Schwarzwald U.C.C. and loved traveling and riding on her husbands motorcycle. Dorothy was a courier at the Reading Hospital for 26 years until her retirement.

She is survived by two daughters, Beth A. wife of Keith Kemp of Birdsboro, Tina C. Johnson; grandchildren Danielle, Josh, Luke, Amy and great grandchildren Paisley, Mason, Ezrah, Elias and Alice. She is also survived by her sister C. Lee Black wife of Rick and three nephews Ross, Nash, and Connor.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave, Reading Pa 19606.
