Barbara J Keller (Kercher)

Barbara J (Kercher) Keller, 81, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023, in Reading Hospital. She was the wife of Leroy Keller, with whom she celebrated 52 years of marriage. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Esther (Prutzman) Kercher. She was a graduate of Reading High School, class of 1959. Barbara worked in accounts receivable at Georgia Pacific until they closed in 1990, then went on to work at Bernville Fuels until she retired at age 75. She loved her home, which she was always cleaning, watching NASCAR, and going for car rides with Leroy up in the mountains.

In addition to her husband, Barbara is survived by her stepson Donald Keller; her grandchildren, James Keller, husband of Jessica, John Keller, and Steve Keller; her great-grandchildren, Caleb, Kayla, Izzy, and Lindsay; and her cousins Donna Shurr and Terry Hartman

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, with services beginning at 11:00 am in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Reading, PA 19606.
