Rafael N. Alequin, 22, of Berks County, passed away December 4th, 2012. Born in Chicago,IL he was a son of Rafael A. Alequin and Michelle Noe . In addition to his parents, Rafael is survived by: Two Brothers: Michael and Thomas; Two Sisters: Jazmine and Sophia; Step-Father: Robert Cardinal, Jr.; Step-Brother: Jeremy Cardinal; Grandparents: Cheryl Clough and Paul; One Niece: Yechia; Aunts: Carolyn and Corinne and many other aunts and uncles.
