Diane L. Becker

Diane L. Becker, 66, of Mount Penn, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in her residence. She was the wife of Jerry Becker. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Sophie (Pietrowicz) Holahan. Diane was a graduate of Reading High School in 1967 and was a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C.-Mount Penn. Her true love and joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren. She loved her dogs, Lady and Mandy, enjoyed walking Neversink Mountain and spending time at Bethany Beach, DE. Diane was employed by Luden's Candies, then Narrow Fabrics and lastly working in the sales department for My Dad's Flooring America-Douglassville. In addition to her husband, Diane is survived by: Three Daughters: Sherri B. Becker fiance of Warren Davis, Jr. of Mohrsville, Bobbi Jo B. wife of Michael Green of Pennside and Erica L. wife of J. Scott Mutter of Reading; Three Grandchildren: Paige, Jaden and Sophia; Two Sisters: Patricia Kochel of West Lawn and Joanne Drey of Fannettsburg, PA; One Niece: Barbara Lewis and One Nephew: David Fusco. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 25, 2016 from 10:00 am- 12:00 pm with a memorial service beginning at 12:00 pm in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Mt. Penn.
