Albert P. Bione

Albert P. Bione, 85, of Exeter Township, passed away Monday, October 7th, 2013 in his residence. He was the husband of Judith L. (Spencer) Bione with whom he celebrated 47 years of marriage. In Addition to his wife, Albert is survived by his children Beverly A. Goetz of Reading, Albert P.Jr, of South Carolina, Thomas E. of Exeter, James R. of Muhlenberg, Jay L. husband of Heidi of Exeter and Julie L. widow of Jesse Kline, Sr. of Exeter; Three Grandchildren: Landon, James and Britanny and a Sister: Rose Kubovsak. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Loreto and Mary (Baglione) Bione. He was a graduate of Mount Penn High School in 1946. Albert was the past president of the multiple listing service of Reading. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and was a member of the University Rifle Club and the Green Hills Gun Club. Albert was a lineman for the Reading Railroad. He then started his real estate career working for Lester Happel in Birdsboro and then opened his own business as a broker in the mid 50′s in Reiffton and later moved to his Franklin Street location. He served as a real estate broker for over 50 years in the Berks County area. Funeral Services will be held in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mt. Penn on Friday, October 11th at 11:00 am. Friends may call from 10:00 am to11:00 am. Interment private at the convenience of the family.
