Frederick Bissell, 69, of Exeter, passed away, Tuesday, April 3, 2018 in Exeter Greens Care and Rehabilitation. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Leslie A. and Grace F. (Barrell) Bissell. Frederick is survived by two daughters Tina Becker and Michelle Gebhart; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three siblings; and was predeceased by one son Christopher.
