Terry Lee Blakeney

Terry Lee Blakeney, 60, of Sinking Spring, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center surrounded by loved ones. He was the loving husband of Gloria (Hoff) Blakeney. Born in Shoemakersville, he was a son of the late Delton “John” Blakeney and Betty (Strausser) Blakeney. Terry was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and was a truck driver for most of his working life. Terry was a very loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather who did everything he could for his family. In addition to his wife and mother, Terry is survived by his children Josh Blakeney husband of Ann Marie of Virginia, Chad Blakeney husband of Michele of Texas, Mandy wife of Steve Rumberger of Reading and Tiffany Blakeney companion of Eric Morel and her son Ethan of Sinking Spring with whom they resided; seven grandchildren; two sisters: Kathy Baer and Susan DeLussey as well as many nieces and nephews. Visitation with family and friends will be held from 2:00-3:00 p.m. with memorial services beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mt.
