Boguslaw "Billy" Mietelski

Boguslaw "Billy" Mietelski, 66, of Lower Alsace Township, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024 at Complete Care at Berkshire. Born in Dobrzany, Poland, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna (Hrabelska) Mietelski. Billy graduated from Central Catholic High School and was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church. Billy worked for Brentwood Industries for many years. He was very religious, loving, caring, and would do anything for others. Billy was a true animal lover, especially when it came to his dog Buddy, Billy's true best friend.

Billy is survived by his children; Jillian Daubenspeck, and Katie Haney. He is also survived by his siblings; Barbara Paplosky, wife of Joseph, of Exeter, Lisa Mietelski, of Exeter, Nancy Raffety, of Pennside, and Gregory Mietelski, of Exeter.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:00 am in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 250 S12th Street, Reading, PA 19602. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 679 Upland Avenue, Reading, PA 19607. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church.
