Thomas W Brewer

Thomas W. Brewer, 78, of Reading, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023, in Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Michaelene (Majeski) Brewer with whom he shared 25 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, Pennsylania, he was the son of the late Albert Brewer and Sarah (Smith) Brewer. Tom enjoyed a long career as a firefighter in Washington D.C. for the DC Fire Dept. After moving to Reading, he began his second career as a driver for Barta until his retirement.

Tom is survived by his son Thomas A. Brewer of Wernersville, along with his step children, Shawn Pelter and Lauren Guarino. He is also survived by his four step grandchildren, Sophia, Michaelena, Bernie and Peter. He was predeceased by his daughter Michelle.
