Henry Brill, 99 ,of Exeter Township, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 in Berkshire Center. He was the widower of Helen B. (Haas) Brill who passed away September 11, 1982. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Michael and Anna (Laviska) Brill. Henry was a United States Army veteran of World War II and was a member of Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church-Stony Creek. Henry was an avid golfer. He golfed at The Manor-Myrtle Beach and Fernwood for about 10 years. He bowled for Bowl-O-Rama and Laurel Lanes. He was also a member of the Stony Creek A.A. Club. Henry was employed by Dana Corporation as a press operator-foreman retiring in 1981. He also worked for the Mt. Penn Water Authority for 24 years, retiring at age 90. He is survived by his daughter, Joyce H. Brill with whom he resided. He was pre-deceased by his sisters; Anna Conway, Mildred Hare, Pauline Lonaberger and Helen Staab and his brothers; Joseph and Anthony Brill. Other survivors include a sister-in-law, Shirley B. Readinger as well as several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 A.M. with services beginning at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mt. Penn.
