Josephine Brozene (Vilardo)

Josephine Brozene, 94, of St. Lawrence, passed away on February 2, in Penn State Health St. Joseph's Hospital. She was the wife of George Brozene until his time of passing in 1980. Born in Reading, Pa, she was the daughter of the late Stefano and Maria (Ninfo) Vilardo. Josephine was a member of St. Catharine of Siena and worked at Baldwin Brass Hardware until her retirement. Josephine is survived by one son, Michael husband of Barbara of Maryland, one daughter, Denise M. Godek wife of Matthew of St. Lawrence; Four grandchildren, Kristy, Darrin, Keith, Jeff, three great-grandchildren and two sisters Sebastiana and Carol. She is predeceased by one brother Daniel and one sister Rosalie. Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, February 6 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with services beginning at 11:00 AM in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Reading, PA 19606.
