Bruce A. Guinther

Bruce A. Guinther, 60 of Exeter Township, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025 in his home. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of Joan (Kercher) Hafer, wife of Russell, of Exeter, and the late Bruce I. Guinther. Bruce attended Exeter High School. He was a roofer for Wolfe Roofing Company. Bruce enjoyed spending time with his family, movie club, outdoor actives, playing with his grandchildren, painting, wood working, and shopping. 

In addition to his mother, Joan, Bruce is survived by his children; Jessica Karo, wife of Ross Karo, Brandyn Guinther, husband of Amanda Guinther, and Kaitlyn Guinther, He is also survived by three grandchildren; Tyler, Ryker, and Raiden, as well as his siblings; Lisa Evans, wife of Dean Evans, Ann Reich, wife of Mark Reich, Bonnie Guinther, John Guinther, husband of Lindsey Guinther, Rachel Guinther, several nieces, nephews, and his beloved canine companion Buster.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Monday, February 3, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508. Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
