Paul Edward Calm, 93 , formerly of West Lawn, passed away, Saturday, August 20th, 2016 in Manor Care Sinking Spring . He was the husband of Stella (Stover) Calm who passed away June 1, 2007. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Paul and Anna (Deppen) Calm. Paul was a graduate of Mt. Penn High School in 1940 and was a member of St. John's Reformed Church-Sinking Spring, the American Legion Gregg Post #12, and the United States Marine Corps serving in World War II as a Corporal. He enjoyed camping and golfing and was the owner and operator of a home improvement business for 45 years until his retirement. Paul is survived by two daughters Pamela R. wife of Dr. Nicholas E. Mihelic of Hilton Head Island, SC and Cindy L. wife of Robert J. Angelo of Hamburg; four grandchildren: Jody wife of Josh Campbell of Chicago, IL, Lindsay wife of Seth Tilton of Hilton Head Island, SC, Heather wife of Jesse Wolfgang of Boonton, NJ and Melanie wife of Sean Herbst of Elverson, PA as well as six great-grandchildren, Colin, Sidney, Charlie, Ella, Lydia and Patrick. He was pre deceased by his brother , Donald Calm in 1973 and his sister, Marian Cleres in 2015. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. in St. John's Reformed Church, 4001 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, PA 19608.
