Betty J. Calvaresi

Betty J. Calvaresi, 85, formerly of Pennside, passed away Tuesday, March 12th, 2013 in Berks Heim. She was the widow of William “Mike” Calvaresi who passed away August 29, 2009. Born in Lower Alsace Twp., she was a daughter of the late J. Stanley and Emily (Body) Hill. Betty was a graduate of Mount Penn High School in 1945 and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Albright College in 1950. She was a life member Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church-Stony Creek and was also a member of the Mt. Penn Senior Citizens. Betty is survived by several Nieces and Nephews. Services from the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mt. Penn on Monday, March 18th at 10:00 am. Friends may call from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Interment in Spies-Zion Cemetery.
