Arlene Churico, 100, formerly of Exeter Township, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2014 in her residence. She was the widow of George Churico who passed away in 1983. Born in Stbuono, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa (Bastian) DeRenzo. She became a naturalized citizen in 1942. She was a member of Exeter Bible Church and was a seamer at Berkshire Knitting for 25 years, then a floor lady at Narrow Fabrics for 8 years and lastly at Blouse FTRY Ship and Shore for 2 ½ years retiring in 1971. Arlene is survived by: Three Sons: Jack of Mount Penn, Richard A. of Birdsboro and George, Jr. of Shillington and One Daughter: Frances Louise of New Holland; Thirty-Five Grandchildren and Twenty-Six Great-Grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by two daughters Patricia Ann Kogut and Joanna Rita McGee. Visitation with the family will be held from 10:00-11:00 A.M. with services following at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 26, 2014 in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mt. Penn.
