Samuel M. "Sam" Cinfici, 63, of Bernville, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021, surrounded by his family. He was a loving husband to Shelley (Lanning) Cinfici, with whom he celebrated 30 years of marriage. Sam was born a proud son of El Paso, TX, to Angeline (Butto) Cinfici of Reading and the late Anthony Cinfici. He attended Holy Name High School and was a dedicated member of the United States Army. Sam worked construction, but ultimately discovered his passion for welding and honed his craft for many years before concluding his career at Dor-Mae Industries.
Sam is remembered as always going the extra mile to help the ones he loved, ignoring his own physical ailments to serve his family and friends. He is also affectionately known for his affinity for tin hats, aliens, and Bigfoot. His grandchildren will go down as the next generation of paranormal investigators from his efforts. His vast collection of Hot Wheels serves as a testament to his love of cars both big and small. And his affection for his two dogs was only equaled by that of his great love and loyalty to his dedicated wife. His family rests easier knowing he can continue his search for the Gold of Oak Island without any pain or earthly distractions. Sam's family will deeply miss him and will treasure the impact he has made on each of their lives. They will continue on because, as Sam would say, the truth is out there.
Sam is survived by his sister Annmarie of Reading and his five sons Anthony, Christopher (Jes Kaminski) of Philadelphia, Brett (Teena Lee) of Pottstown, Erick (Lacee Shuttleworth) of Hamburg and Vincent of Bernville. He is also survived by his 5 beloved grandchildren Cheyenne, Kaylyn, Jacob, Hendrix, and Anthony, his dog Remmington, and his granddog Logan.
