Grace Eselby

Grace I. Eselby, 89, of Leesport, passed away Thursday, September 7th, 2017 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Paul R. Mower who passed away in 1975 and Robert G. Eselby who passed away in 1986. Born in Ashland Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Ellen (Derr) Green. Grace was employed by R. M. Palmer Candies as a candy packer for many years until her retirement in 1989, she was a member of Trinity Bible Fellowship Church where she played the paino and Victory Baptist Church for many years. Grace is survived by one son, Ronald W. Mower of Conroe, TX and one daughter, Beverly J. wife of James Hassler of Leesport; four grandchildren, David L. and Benjamin L. Cox and Jeffery P. and Christopher R. Mower and three Great-Grandchildren.She was pre-deceased by her son Paul R. Mower, Jr., her daughter Joyce E. Cox and her grandson Michael T. Mower. Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, September 13th from 1PM - 2PM with services beginning at 2PM in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606. Interment in Forest Hill Memorial Park, Exeter Township. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity Bible Fellowship Church at 220 Main St, Blandon, PA 19510 or Victory Baptist Church at 1059 Victory Cir, Reading, PA 19605.
