Ethel C. (Garstka) Moyer

Ethel C. (Garstka) Moyer, 100, of Wyomissing, PA, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was the wife of late Paul W. Moyer. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Cecelia (Jankowska) Garstka. Ethel graduated from Reading High School, class of 1943. She also graduated from Reading Business Institute in 1945. Ethel completed and was awarded continuing education from Penn State. She served as chairman and Treasurer of her class reunions for many years. Ethel was employed by Reading Hospital Medical Center for 37 years. She was Supervisor of Fiscal and PT Accounting for 28 years.

Ethel was preceded in death by her sister Virginia (Garstka) Adamczyk, her brother Edward Garstka, her half sister Roberta Kranis, and her half brother Harold Kramer.

Services are private for immediate family only. Interment will take place at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
