Ezechel "Eze" Florea

Ezechel "Eze" Florea, 35, of Exeter Township, entered into the presence of the Lord on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Reading Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Brittney Florea, with whom he shared 10 wonderful years of marriage.

Born in Reading, PA, Eze was the son of Gheorghe and Aurica Florea. He graduated from Exeter High School and BCTC Oley Campus for Diesel Mechanics in 2009, furthering his education at UTI for Diesel in 2011. A dedicated and skilled diesel mechanic, he was self-employed and passionate about his work. He found great joy in being on the road and took pride in his career.

Eze was a devoted member of First Romanian Christian Church, where he lived out his Faith wholeheartedly. He loved God and served Him with all his heart, always placing his Faith and family above all else.

Above all, Eze was a loving husband and devoted father. He is survived by his wife, Brittney, and their two cherished sons, Levi Eric Florea (10) and Noah Gheorghe Florea (5), who were the light of his life. He is also survived by his brothers: David Florea (Olivia), Samuel Florea (Candace), Cornell Florea (Alysa), and Isac Florea, all of Reading, PA; his sister, Tamara Florea (Andrew Hippeli), of Reading, PA; and his adored nieces and nephews: Onisim, Aiden, Ezra, Isaiah, Gabriela, Giuliana, Sara, and Rhesa.

Eze had a deep love for the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Some of his fondest memories were made fishing in the Florida Keys with his sons. His talent as a diesel mechanic was unmatched-he had a remarkable ability to create something out of nothing. He touched countless lives with his kindness, generosity, and unwavering Faith, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bethany Romanian Church of God, 409 Oak Grove Road, Reading, PA 19601. A second service will take place on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the same location, followed by interment at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 390 W Neversink Road, Reading, PA 19606.
