Santina "Sadie" Formiconi

Santina “Sadie” Formiconi, 87, of Reiffton, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014 in the Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Bruno Formiconi who passed away July 31, 1997. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Pietro and Josephina (Fabozza) Farrara. She was a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C. and was a life member of the Victor Emmanuel II Ladies Auxiliary. Sadie is survived by: Four Daughters: Cindy Jo Kohl, Kathleen Formiconi Sola, Nancy Formiconi Weidner all of Exeter Township and Leah Formiconi Smith of Palm Desert, CA; Grandchildren: Dr. Thomas D. Kohl, Kimberly A. Kohl, Nicole A. Rademaekers, Jeremiah J. Sola and Jordan M. Weidner; Great-Grandchildren: Aubrey Kohl, Hannah Kohl, Braylon Sola, Jaxten Sola, Taytum Sola and Louisa Rademaekers and One Sister: Dolly Migliore of Shillington. She was pre-deceased by her siblings-James Farrara, Rose DiMascio, Annie Pachulio, Orlando Farrara, Chester Farrara, Mary Tomeo and Kathryn Farrara. Friends may call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday Evening, July 24 and again from 9:00-10:00 A.M. on Friday, July 25 with services beginning at 10:00 A.M. in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. Mount Penn.
