George W. Fry Jr.

GGeorge W. Fry Jr., 76, of Kutztown, PA and formerly of Lincoln City, Oregon, passed away, Saturday, October 28, 2017 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown PA , surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Vicki S. (Marquis) Fry and the late Mary Ann (Cichowicz) who passed away in 1984. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late George and Agnes (Brown) Fry. George was a graduate of Reading High School in 1959 and the State Police Academy in 1964. George was a member of the VFW Sinking Spring, Past State President of Oregon Elks 2010-2011, a member of Oceanlake Elks Lodge 1886. George was a proud member of the United States Air Force and was a PA State Trooper until his retirement in 1990. George is survived by two sons David, Douglas and four daughters Denise Scibek, Helene Gibson, Barb Trost, Nancy Orbann. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, one great grandchild and two sisters Sherilyn and Deanna. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday November 4th, 2017, at 10:30 am in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave, Reading Pa 19606. Interment in Laureldale Cemetery Laureldale.
