Gary G. Monshower, 73, of Exeter Township, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the Reading Hospital. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late George H. and Fern G. (Lorah) Monshower. Gary graduated from Reading High School, class of 1968, and Penn State University with his Bachelor's Degree in 1973. He was an accountant for 22 years, and a postal worker for 14 years until his retirement. Gary enjoyed fishing, watching sports, bird watching, playing baseball, bowling, darts, and attending his children and grandchildren's sporting events.
Gary is survived by his daughters; Julie Naber, of Exeter, and Kristie Scheuer, wife of Jon, of New Ringgold. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Hailey, and Ethan, his sister Eileen Cieniewicz, wife of Jay, and his nephew Jonathan.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025 beginning at 11:00 am at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 390 W Neversink Road, Reading, PA 19606. Interment will follow.
