Harvey "Lenny" Haller

Harvey "Lenny" Haller, 76, of St. Lawrence, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022, in his home. He was the husband of Ruth L. (Schmoyer) Haller, with whom he shared 56 years of marriage. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Hazel (Andes) Bean. Lenny graduated from Exeter High School in 1964. He was a member of Schwarzwald U.C.C., Masonic Lodge 62 and RMC. Lenny loved his Harley's, fishing in Canada, golfing, and trap shooting. Lenny was the manager of McCarthy Tire Services for many years until his retirement.

In addition to his wife, Lenny is survived by his sons; Dr. Christian D., husband of Dr. Christy M., of Exeter, and Quinn M., husband of Janice L., of Pennside. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three step-grandchildren; Riley, Jacob, Maggie, Tori, Kyle, and Seth, as well as one brother, Larry, husband of Brenda.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Reading, PA 19606. Interment will be at Schwarzwald Cemetery, Jacksonwald. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Schwarzwald U.C.C., 75 Church Lane Rd., Reading, PA 19606.
