Erick C. Henson

Erick C. Henson, 24, of Reading, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019, in his home. He was born in Washington, District of Columbia, and was the son of Christopher and Romona (Scott) Henson. Erick attended Wilson High School and Berks Career and Technical Center for general studies and Welding. He also graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute where he obtained a successful trade in Welding. He worked as a welder at Bassett Industries. Erick Spent his free time playing Airsoft with his friends, playing video game, dancing in the mosh pit to heavy metal music and horse playing with his nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Erick is survived by his sisters Monique Brown (Jedidiah Brown) and Monicka Ayala-Turner (Jose Ayala-Martinez), Grandmother Mildred Henson, four nieces, six nephews, six Aunts, a host of cousins; companion Jade Henne, and best friends Austin Seidel and Charles Sullivan. Visitation with family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2019 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm with services beginning at 5:30 pm in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Mt. Penn.
