Kathleen M. “Kay” Hilzinger, 91, formerly of Reading, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2014 in her daughter’s residence. She was the widow of Charles J. Hilzinger who passed awayNovember 7, 2002.
Born in Barnesboro, PA she was a daughter of the late Charlesand Alberta (Conrad) Richards.
Kay was a bench worker/inspector for Lucent Technologies for 23 years, retiring in 1985. She is survived by: Two Daughters: Debbie Steffy-Pyke wife of James of Charlotte, NC and Charlotte M. wife of Dr. Gary P. Lengel with whom she resided; Four Grandchildren and One Brother: Robert Richards of Ohio. She was pre-deceased by two brothers: Charles and Lewis Richards and one sister: Evelyn Leslie.
