Kay F Houp (Keiser)

Kay F. (Keiser) Houp, 87, of Cumru Township, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center with her family by her side. She was the widow of Edward R. Houp, who passed away on April 25, 2006. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Leroy Keiser and June E. (Ludwig) Keiser Harker. Kay graduated from Mt. Penn High School. Kay was a telephone operator at Bell Telephone for many years and then worked as an operator at St. Joseph Hospital for over 20 years until her retirement.

She is survived by her sons Steven E. husband of Susie Selbyville, DE, Randy A, Flying Hills, Brian K. partner of Edwin Pardo, Shillington, and daughter Kelly L. wife of James Coyle, Ann Abor, Michigan; siblings Ilona Simon and Butch Keiser. Kay has five grandchildren Zachary, Julia, Elizabeth, Christopher, Jaime and five great-grandchildren, Mia, Elliot, Kameron, Tylen, and Kaylin.
