Jeremy Thomas Smith, 24, of Cumru Township, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024 in his home. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of Stephen M. and Suzanne L. (Fritz) Smith. Jeremy attended Governor Mifflin School District and John Paul II Center. Jeremy's family would like to extend a special thank you for the care provided to Jeremy by the Bayada Nursing Staff.
In addition to his parents, Jeremy is survived by his brother Trevor R. Smith, husband of Alison, of Oklahoma. He is also survived by his grandparents, aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to John Paul II Center for Special Learning, 1092 Welsh Road, Shillington, PA 19607. Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
