Judith Jacobs

Judith Ann (Livingood) Jacobs, 81, of Exeter Township, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023 at her home. She was the wife of the late Neal M. Jacobs, who passed away in 2022. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late George Smith and Mildred Elizabeth (Roberts) Livingood. Judith graduated from Reading High School, and went on to earn her Masters Degree in Education from Kutztown University. She worked as a school teacher and reading specialist for many years until her retirement. Judith was very active and involved at Hillcrest Raquet club and was a member of the United Jewish Appeal. She cherished every opportunity to enrich the lives of others with her artwork. Judith enjoyed traveling internationally and was an avid tennis player. She held a special love in her heart for animals, especially her beloved dogs, Luke and Eloise.

Judith is survived by her two sons, Matthew C. husband of Samara, of Exeter, and Marc A. also of Exeter, along with her grandchildren, Mia, Marissa and Charlie. She is also survived by her sister Gail Walsh.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 beginning at 10:00 am at Reform Congregation Oheb Sholom, 555 Warwick Drive Wyomissing, PA 19610.
