Kathryn M. (Albright) Keim, 90, of Topton, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was married to the late Richard O. Keim for 63 years. Born in Pottstown, PA she was the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Verna E. (Rhoads) Albright. After completing business school, she was a supervisor for the former Stanley G Flagg Co. in Pottstown. After devoting time to manage home and raise her daughter Lorrie, Kathy was the office manager for a law firm for 10 years. She ran a tight ship. She was a long time member of Reformation Lutheran Church in Reiffton. She supported and played organ for the church at the Lutheran home at Topton.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband Richard and her sister Barbara.
Kathy (“Gram”) is survived by her daughter Lorrie Keim Willie, wife of Brian, of Bloomsburg, PA with whom she had a deep bond. She had three grandchildren; Jordan N., wife of Tom Hiravi, Megan E., wife of Kurt Henrie and Lauren R. Willie; and two great grandchildren Liam and Savannah. She was a role model to them all.
Kathy devoted herself to family first. She enjoyed years of retirement at “the cabin” on Lake Wallenpaupack with her husband, Dick. Together, they were like two peas in a pod. They completed each other.
Gram was Christmas. She selflessly gave more than she received. She started knitting or finding Christmas presents for next year the day after Christmas. She was also a master of games and puzzles. A proficient bowler, knitter, bridge player and crossword master. Somehow we smiled when she always beat us…always!
A small private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements. For online condolences, please visit www.LutzFuneralHome.com
