He is survived by his extended family, Susan and Ray Brubaker, and by a godson, Mark Shuman of Palm Island, Florida. Dr. Keller, a graduate of Reading High School, was a lifelong resident of Reiffton, Pennsylvania, leaving only to attend Gettysburg College, the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and to serve in the Air Force. He began his dental practice in an office in the home of his parents, the late Claude and Helen (Griesemer) Keller, 3224 Perkiomen Ave. In 1960, he built a home and office at 3405 Perkiomen Ave. There he continued his practice until his retirement in 1990. For many years Dr. Keller was also the school dentist for the Exeter and Twin Valley School Districts and an active member of the American Dental Society. In Harry's youth he was known countywide for his pitching skill and high speed base running. In later years he exchanged his bat and glove for golf clubs and a bowling ball, excelling in both. Bridge and opera were interests he shared with his wife, Pat. As season ticket holders to the Metropolitan Opera, they made many musical pilgrimages to New York City. Dr. Keller was a member of First United Church of Christ in Reading. By his request, there will be no viewing or funeral service. A private burial will take place at Laureldale Cemetery.
