Esther Kenderdine

Esther M. (Hain) Kenderdine, 93, of Reading, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022, in Berks Heim Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was the wife of Kenneth Kenderdine, with whom she celebrated 55 years of marriage. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Percy and Luella (Wenrich) Hain. Esther was employed by Diener Knitting Mills in Reading for 16 years and lastly for Windsor Shirts in Reading, retiring in 1987.

Esther is survived by her children; Keith A. Kenderdine husband of Heidi L. of Exeter Township; and Debra E. wife of Michael Fields of Delaware. She is also survived by her grandchildren; GySgt Joshua P. Kenderdine, husband of Kate, and Daniel A. Kenderdine, as well as three great-grandsons; Carson, Preston and Finnegan. She was pre-deceased by her sisters:, Myrtle Quinter and Darlene Salamone

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am with services beginning at 10:00 am in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Reading, PA 19606. Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
