Kent S. Patterson

Kent S. Patterson, 56, of Ephrata, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024 in his home. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Chip and Nancy (Shaub) Patterson. After graduating from Mt. Penn High School, Kent used his mechanical skills as a printing press operator and supervisor for Lancaster Press for many years.

Kent enjoyed camping, the great outdoors, and racing - Indy Car especially. He was fortunate enough to go to two Indy 500 races with his father and two brothers. He liked swimming and when he was young he excelled on the diving team at Antietam Pool. Kent loved the company of his little dogs. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Kent is survived by his two brothers, Craig S. Patterson, of Leola, and Lance S. Patterson, husband of Ellen, of Skippack. He is also survived by his companion Janine, of Ephrata.
