Douglas R. Kirn

Douglas R. Kirn, 56, of Exeter Township, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was the husband of Joanne L. (Lavelle) Kirn. Born in West Chester, he was a son of Penny (Robbins) Douglas. Douglas was employed as an estimator at Reading Equipment and Distributors in Bowmansville. He was a member of the NRA and many pool leagues. He loved playing cards and was a true outdoorsman, especially fly fishing where he was always putting on a clinic. In addition to his mother and wife, Douglas is survived by: Two Sons: Sean Kirn husband of Kate and Patrick Kirn both of Exeter Township; One Granddaughter: Charlie; One Sister: Meighan Miller of Lebanon and One Brother: Tim Douglas of West Chester.
