Fern V. Kissam

Fern V. Kissam, 88 of Reading passed away Friday, January 25th, 2013 in her residence. She was the widow of Ralph B. Kissam. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Frank E. and Bertha M. (Kline) Grabert. Fern was a member of Schwarzwald Lutheran Church and St. Lawrence Woman’s Club. She was also a devoted homemaker for most of her life. Fern is survived by two sons: Bradford L. and David S. Kissam, one granddaughter: Cristy Rhoads and one great granddaughter: Taryn. She is also survived by one sister: Mary Jane, widow of Maurice deTurck.
She was pre deceased by one brother Carmie K. Grabert. Services will be held at Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave, Mt. Penn, PA, on Thursday, January 31st, 2013 at 11:00 am. Friends may call on Thursday from10:00 am to11:00 am. Interment in Oley Church Cemetery, Spangsville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Rescue League P.O.
