Mary A. "Molly" (Hamilton) Kline, 91, of Wernersville (formerly of Bern Twp and Wyomissing), passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022, in Phoebe Berks Healthcare Center. She was wife of the late Richard M. Kline. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Clyde L. and Kathryn E. (Kohl) Hamilton. Molly graduated from Reading Senior High School in 1948 and was a graduate of Reading Business Institute. In addition to her life as a homemaker, Mary worked as the book keeper for the family business, Richard M. Kline & Son, Inc. until her retirement in 1996.
Molly is survived by her children; Robert H. Kline, husband of Karen, of Oley, William R. Kline, of Mount Penn, and Beverly J., wife of Peter Cummings, of Wyomissing. She is also survived by six grandchildren; Juli Kline, wife of Jamie Kimberly, of Los Lunas NM, Laura Kline, of Syracuse NY, Eric Kline, of Birdsboro, Emily Kline, of Spring Twp, Richard Kline, of West Lawn, and Mackenzie (Cummings) Lambert, wife of Christopher, of Seattle WA. She is also survived by her precious great grandson, Nicholas Kimberly. Molly was predeceased by her brother, Floyd R. Hamilton.
Molly was a lifelong member of the former St John’s United Church of Christ, Reading. She was a caring, generous person who was always giving and sharing with others, joyfully and without reservation. Her wish would be that we all strive to be generous to others, whatever their needs may be.
Visitation with family and friends will be held Monday, January 31, 2022 on from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am in Lutz Funeral Home, 2100 Perkiomen Ave, Mt. Penn 19606. Interment will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Rd, Birdsboro, PA 19508, or to the Hope Rescue Mission, 645 North Sixth Street, Reading, PA 19601.
