Betty Krick

Betty P. Krick, 96, formerly of Mount Penn, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 in Kutztown Manor. She was the widow of Kendrick C. Buck and her second husband, Elwood J. Krick. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Warren P. and Catharine U. (Miller) Ruth. Betty was a knitter for Camp and McGinnis and later was a waitress for Speedies Dinette in Exeter Township until her retirement. She is survived by one son, Robert L. Buck of Shillington and one daughter, Mollie A. wife of Sherwood Miller of Lower Alsace; four grandchildren, Stacy, Jason, Joelle and JoDeen; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. She is also survived by one sister, Nancy Lee Westbrook of Exeter. Visitation with family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 12:00-1:00 pm with services beginning at 1:00 pm in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Reading, PA 19606.
