Loretta L. Krick (Loring)

Loretta L. (Loring) Krick, 71, of Reading, passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Pottstown. She was the wife of Barry R. Krick, Reading. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late William P. and Geraldine R. (Hoffmann) Loring. Loretta graduated from Mt. Penn High School. She was a Customer Service Representative for many insurance companies, spending 20 years of her career at H&R Block and then going on to retire from Nationwide Insurance. Loretta also worked the concessions for the Reading Phillies for 14 years.

Loretta is survived by her son Brian P. husband of Beth Loring, Macungie, and three grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Barry Loring, Reading and Susan Becker, Mt. Penn.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading Pa 19606. Interment will be at Aulenbach Cemetery.. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Human Society of Berks County, 1801 N 11th St, Reading, PA 19604.
