Robert L. Krize

Robert L. Krize 88 of Wyomissing passed away Saturday July 23, 2022. He was the husband of the late Alice Ann (McCartney) Krize who passed away in 2005. Born in Reading he was the son of the late Lewis and Miriam (Hermansader) Krize. Robert was a graduate of Reading High School and Albright College where he earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Economics. After college he proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was last employed by Drug Plastics, Boyertown PA upon his retirement in 2021. Robert was a member of St. Catherine of Siena R.C.C. He loved fishing and was a true Philly sports fan and was once invited to try out for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Robert is survived by his companion Dorothy Connor, and his children Robert J. Krize, Michael J. Krize,
Judith A. (Krize) Burns and Catherine M. Krize. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; Erika, Rebecca, Michael, Emily, and Jason. He was predeceased by his granddaughter Katie Krize in 2008..

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 beginning at 10:30 am in St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C., 4975 Boyertown Pike Reading, Pennsylvania 19606. Interment will be at Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C., 2427 Perkiomen Ave., Reading, PA 19606.
