Maureen L. Kromer

Maureen L. Kromer, 71, formerly of Lehighton and most recently of Reading, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2014 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late Newton S. and Arlene (Kromer) Miller. She was a member of Calvary Temple in Allentown and was a machine operator for Scotties Fashions in Lehighton for many years until her retirement. When she lived in the B’nai B’rith Apartments in Reading, she was very involved in the activities, especially selling bingo tickets and running the small general store inside the complex. She is survived by: One Sister: Arow R. Cook of West Reading and Two Brothers: Ronald L. Miller of Reading and Donald L. Miller of Glenside; 20 Nieces and Nephews. She was pre-deceased by her brothers Larry T. and Allen C. Miller. Services and Interment private at the convenience of the family.
