Frank Levandowski, Sr., 88, of Pennside, passed away on Sunday in his son’s residence surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Dorothy M. (Mull) Levandowski, who passed away September 23, 2007. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Leon and Marya (Sieczwski) Lewandowski. Frank worked as a Freight Conductor for the railroad for 41 years. He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran, serving in World War II. He was a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C., a member of the American Legion and Rich Maiden Golf Course where he had 8 holes in one. He was also a member of the White Deer Hunting Camp for 47 years and enjoyed fishing with family in Montana. Frank is survived by two sons; John D. Levandowski, husband of Paula of Sinking Spring and Frank L. Levandowski Jr., husband of Phyllis of Columbia Falls, Montana; one daughter; Linda L. Brossman of Reading, his Best Friend and Italian Son Sal Amato, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one sister; Martha Fiegel. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. with services beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24 in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Ave., Mt. Penn.
