Lori C. Lucas (Reinhart)

Lori C. Lucas, 47,of Wyomissing, passed away Monday, January 13th, 2014 in her residence. She was the wife of Jim Lucas. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of Warren F. and Joanne E. (Heim) Reinhart of Crestwood. Lori was a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a B.S., a graduate of Kutztown University with a B.S. in Nursing and a Masters Degree in Nurse Practitioning from the University of Pennsylvania. She was a member of Reformation Lutheran Church and a member of Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority at East Stroudsburg University. She loved going to New York with her daughter Betsy to see Broadway Plays and many trips to the National Parks. She was very proud to have finished her first 1/2 marathon. She was also very active in Relay for Life. Lori spent most of her career as a nurse practitioner and most presently at St. Joseph Medical Center in Oncology an d Palliative Care. In addition to her parents and husband, Lori is survived by: One Daughter: Mary Elizabeth “Betsy” Lucas; One Brother: Warren F. Reinhart, Jr. husband of Kristel of Exeter Township; One Sister: Jeanne L. wife of Rick Gochnauer of Exeter Township; Nephews: Adam and Nathan; Nieces: Andrea and Tessa and Three Uncles: Ty Heim of Seattle, Karl and William Reinhart both of Reading. Memorial Services will be held in Reformation Lutheran Church 3670 Perkiomen Ave. Reiffton on Saturday,January 18 at 11:00 am.
